Marketing Coordinator
May 2020 - November 2020 

As the Marketing Coordinator for Wildcat Management, I played a pivotal role in developing marketing materials and managing social media content for our commercial real estate properties around Downtown Dallas. This dynamic position allowed me to apply my expertise in scheduling content, writing copy, and creating engaging social media posts. My hands-on experience in this role highlights my ability to craft and execute effective marketing strategies. This page is dedicated to showcasing some of my key work and achievements during my time with Wildcat Management.

Job Details: Marketing Coordinator 

As a Marketing Coordinator, this experience has helped expand my skill set in Social Media Marketing. The following points are the main areas of growth with taking this role in the group: 

  • Learning how to utilize podcast soundbites into content 

  • Pushing out content through all three channels for the group 

  • Learning how to market a product 

  • Being detailed when it comes to IG Stories 

  • Preparing for campaigns, instagram takeovers etc. 

  • Content strategizing, creating editorial/content calendars 

  • Being engaged while growing the engagement 

  • Learning how to write copy to fit the brand voice 

Job Accomplishments

There has been several instances where I have had growth and new skills added to my repertoire as Marketing Coordinator. The following sections are what I have done in this role that I may or may not have done previously. 

Instagram Takeovers: 

As Marketing Coordinator, I helped with instagram takeovers that the company or leadership were a part of for the community on social media. There is a lot that goes into it such as the pre posting, living posting, and after the takeover posting. What I did with the team was follow around the subject to gather content for future posts, but also whenever the content was tagged, I went into the account to post it for engagement and awareness. 

Event Marketing: 

I have done this before in previous experiences, but I have grown in event marketing in this role of being a Marketing Coordinator. There was a live watch party for a special virtual award show that the company was involved in. ​A few colleagues and I covered the watch party throughout the night as well as posted the content leading up to the event, and post event. 

Utilizing IGTV: 

When it comes to content marketing, I have learned a bit more about IGTV for instagram in my role as Marketing Coordinator. The longer videos I realize create more engagement. For seeing over three social media channels on instagram, I have found the IGTV has been a great tool for the real estate development/commercial real estate world. 

Landing Page, Link in Bio: 

I have learned while being in this role utilizing certain ways how to drive traffic. Creating a Link in Bio page (campsite) has been something introduced to me by a fellow content creator. I have been able to create something well organized for marketing purposes and to drive more engagement on social media. Click here to view the full page.
